We're excited to bring Pilates With Gymstick group fitness classes to trial at Ocean Spa! The first class will take place at 9am on Monday 28 October, and we'll then schedule in more sessions so you can give this unique class a go.
Gymstick is a functional resistance training tool that does more than replicating free weight exercises - it provides resistance in virtually any direction and in any position. Exercises will improve your core strength, balance, posture, coordination, muscle strength and endurance. It is a complete body workout.
Our instructors (Renee, Maryann and Erick) are three of only five qualified Gymstick instructors in New Zealand so give it a try and share your feedback with our team. We'll let you know when additional classes are scheduled if you can't make 28 October.
